Motivation
Motivation is the
degree and type of desire experienced by the learner to acquire the L2. According
Schuman and other SLA researchers motivation has a significant part in the
successful SLA. It is one of the main components in Schuman’s theory
psychological distance . In Schumann's model high levels of motivation, both
integrative and instrumental contributes positively to second language
acquisition.
